If you’re smug because you “always buy organic” at the store (that would be me, 90% of the time), you should read this article. Sometimes, what is labeled “organic” is not so much. Organic used to mean grown in soil with no pesticides. But that’s not the case anymore. Sometimes it means grown in water without any soil.
